World Heart Day
This September 29 2013 is celebrated as a World heart Day.
This year theme will be a “life-course approach to the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease (CVD) with a focus on women and children”. This is because healthy children lead to healthy adults and healthy adults lead to healthy families and communities.

The American Heart Association recommends 30-minutes of moderate activity, but three 10-minute periods of activity are as beneficial to your overall fitness as one 30-minute session.
